GajaFor your life, not your inbox

It remembers the way.

Personal Intelligence for Everyone.

Your health, money, time, and memory were never meant to live in separate apps. Gaja carries all four — and knows what to do, because it remembers what happened last time.

In active development. Early users get in first — and shape what ships.

Follow the path

The daily ritual

Never more than three.

Every morning Gaja reads your body, your money, your calendar, and what you told it — then surfaces only what actually needs you. Three is the ceiling, never a quota. A quiet day shows one card. Try it.

Every signal — one memory

Every login, every check-in, every mental tab you kept open on it — refunded.

The second brain

It remembers what you told it.

Your sleep, your balances, your calendar — that's all data a machine recorded about you. Speak once and Gaja keeps the half no tracker can reach: what you actually thought.

What you say and decide

Say it once. Anywhere.

Walking, driving, mid-meeting.

No folders, no tags, no template gardening. Speak and it lands in the right place, linked to everything it touches.

Then it connects the halves.

Your words, against your live data.

Gaja, this morning

“This is the third time burnout has tracked with a spend spike. It starts about four days after your sleep drops below six hours. That's starting again now.”

A notes app has the quote and none of the data. A money app has the spend and none of the context. Only one system holds both halves.

Ingest vs. replace

Some apps go quiet. Others get canceled.

Gaja listens to the utilities you keep — and does the job of the subscriptions you don't. Money apps and the notes app you pay for.

Layer 1

Apps you stop opening

Still connected. Never opened.

Connect once and it streams forever. You keep the bank, the calendar, the watch — Gaja reads them so you don't have to.

Layer 2

Apps you cancel & replace

Gaja does the job. The subscription goes.

The brief is just the surface. Underneath it, full sections for spending, investments, and health — every transaction, holding, and trend at the depth of the app it replaces. These aren't integrations; they're line items coming off your card.

Privacy

It remembers what you tell it. Nothing you didn't.

A system that holds your money, your body, and your thoughts only works if the boundaries are real. These are product decisions, not policy language — they're built into how Gaja works.

Never listening

No ambient recording, no always-on microphone, no reading your screen. Every capture is a button you pressed, with an indicator you can see.

Private means private

Mark any domain or any single note off-limits and the assistant genuinely cannot read it. Not redacted in the answer — never retrieved.

Delete is delete

Remove a note and the audio, the transcript, the embedding, and its links all go with it. Nothing lingers in an index to resurface later.

Leave whenever

Full export of everything you've ever said or saved, in open formats, on demand. No lock-in — your memory was never ours to hold hostage.

Your life is never training data. Nothing you say, store, or connect is ever used to train an AI model — ours or anyone else's. Your data works for you and stops there.

The principles

Built to remember, not to notify.

Three principles, and every one of them is a thing the product does — not a value on a wall.

Nothing Tended Alone

Health, money and time are one thing, not three.

Resting HRV, cash runway, and calendar load stop being four dashboards and become one continuous read. Gaja tells you where the ground is shifting — the moment it starts, not at the end of the month.

In practice

Runway dips below 12 months → the $2,400 conference gets flagged before you book it — with the recovery cost of the red-eye shown right beside it.

The Long Memory

It kept what you said. You didn’t have to.

Six months of spoken notes, decisions, and half-thoughts stay searchable, and stay attached to the numbers around them. The context you'd normally lose is the context it reasons with — so it answers with judgement, not a transcript.

In practice

“Why did I move the brokerage?” → pulls the voice note from March, the fee you were avoiding, and what that account has done since.

The Quiet Step

It acts before the cost lands.

A signal in one part of your life triggers the right correction in the others — early, and quietly. Always a suggestion you can wave off, never an action taken behind your back.

In practice

Poor sleep detected → it proposes shifting tomorrow’s 7 AM class to Thursday → one tap, and the $38 late-cancel fee never fires → your morning stays deep.
